Study and Diagnosis
All educational institutions need to understand their reality in order to identify problems and find the most appropriate solutions for their case.
Collecting Data
to make better decisions
The ibE helps explore all the language provisions of institutions, at five levels: organization, written curriculum, materials, pedagogy, and evaluation system.
The ibE takes into account the multiple perspectives of the different participants in the school world: principals, teachers, students, families, and support staff. Therefore, in-depth interviews, focus groups, and observations are conducted.
All our recommendations are supported by the specific information and data of each school.
All the information is analyzed to produce a report with the diagnosis of the particular situation of each institution and its strengths and weaknesses.
Finally, we establish recommendations to maximize language learning and performance in all areas.
ibE SOLUTIONS
Content and Educational Programs
We develop programs and curriculum plans adapted to the resources and situation of each institution. Our programs are tailored to the values and priorities of each school.
The IbE works with a policy of developing extensive English language programs with the specification of content and competencies for each stage of learning throughout the educational cycle.
This not only involves the acquisition of specific knowledge but also the development of personal and interpersonal skills - soft skills - such as communication, resilience, critical thinking, leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving; and specific technical skills - hard skills - such as reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
We are dedicated not only to the creation of broad and sequenced content but also to the coordination of these contents during the transitions between the different stages of the school cycle: Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, and Baccalaureate.
These contents are always sequenced and aligned with the curricular requirements of each community and country.

Teacher Trainning
The greatest impact that a bilingual project can produce concerns the teachers. Their training is the key to improving students' performance.
The ibE uses inquiry as a pedagogical tool and collaborative work as a driver of development in learning. We establish a personalized work methodology focused on students to promote meaningful and cooperative learning.
Our work strategies are designed to promote both face-to-face and online practices, constantly training teachers to improve their competencies and performance in class. As the quality of each individual teacher is one of the most significant variables that influence the progress of students and their language proficiency.
At ibE, we aim to support the professional development of teachers through courses, certifications, active classroom supervision, and feedback. Improving teachers' language skills, practical teaching abilities, digital skills, and assessment capacity are key to success.

Evaluation Systems
Evaluation systems are decisive for carrying out a bilingualism project successfully. Intelligent evaluations produce a large amount of data that helps to continuously improve.
The ibE develops a continuous, formative, and summative evaluation system.
Through internal exams generated by the institutions themselves, the acquisition of competencies at each educational stage is evaluated.
We also design Mock Exams that assess linguistic competence according to international standards.

International Exams and CEFR Credentials
The Cambridge credentials are highly valued by educational institutions and employers for their high standard of quality.
IBE works with excellence through its programs to ensure that all students obtain the C1 certification before finishing their educational cycle.
The ibE aligns with the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) as an international standard to define and describe language proficiency. We position our study programs, contents and evaluations with national and international standards.
The Bilingualism Plan developed by ibE implements a comprehensive plan for international exams that spans from the 1st year of Primary Education to the 1st year of High School. These exams cover levels from A1 to C2 of the Common European Framework and correspond to the credentialing line proposed by the University of Cambridge with exams for children: Starters, Movers, and Flyers, and for adults: KET, PET, FCE, CAE, and CPE. In some cases, it also includes international exams such as IGCSEs and A Levels.
To effectively incorporate these exams and ensure that the vast majority of students (80%) obtain the necessary minimum C1 credentials upon completion of High School, they need to be structured by courses as follows:

Data,
Tracking and
Optimization
We believe that data is the most reliable indicator of progress in achieving the educational objectives of each institution.
That is why we develop KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) that allow us to have a real-time control panel of our implementations.
The ibE aims to develop unique and original projects that are tailored to the needs, ideas, and perspectives of each institution through continuous dialogue.
We study each case, its context, and scope. From the initial conception of every project to its final result, we accompany the entire educational community, helping to grow their ideas and offering intelligent and responsible solutions.
Our entire working process is supported by obtaining consistent quantitative and qualitative data and analyzing the performance of students and teachers throughout the course. This allows us to make precise and punctual interventions to optimize results.
1- Preparation: We study each case individually, conducting thorough research. We define, in collaboration with our clients, a specific preliminary concept that will be reflected in every aspect of the project. We design each element with its own identity. We establish an initial work plan, objectives, timelines, and deadlines.
2- Implementation: Once the project has been defined, we develop the specific tools, materials, and training courses to execute, communicate, and bring it to life.
3- Verification: Once implemented, we closely monitor the project and provide continuous post-completion advisory to ensure quality and establish ongoing improvements through a consistent data corpus.
